Critical: QualityAwful. The “owner” did these. Gossiped with an employee the entire time, barley paying any attention. Asked multiple times for her to fix the mess she was making on my nails. Laughed and giggled like it was funny. Then told me “when you go home you can clean them up”. WHAT DO YOU GO TO GET YOUR NAILS DONE FOR. Never coming back. Awful. The “owner” did these. Gossiped with an employee the entire time, barley paying any attention. Asked multiple times for her to fix the mess she was making on my nails. I have gone to this nail salon in the past, then stop going because I thought the quality of service was going downhill. Today I decided to go back because I found a gift card that I didn’t use. Well since it was more then 6 months old they would not issue it. I was disappointed but still decided to get a gel manicure. It was the worse manicure I’ve ever gotten. The girl rushed thru the whole thing, I was probably there 15 minutes total, and my polish is so uneven and streaky! Its also sloppy around my cuticles and on the skin so It will likely peel off. The salon was also very dusty and not well maintained. I will not be going back to this location.

If 0 stars was an option, I would choose 0. I feel terrible for the hard working nail techs who have to work with the owner. They all seem to be fearful of her. I’ve gone a few times in the past and have been appalled by the work of the owner. I always request that I don’t have her. Well, today I did and the work was terrible. I was charged $18 to remove acrylics plus the $12 standard manicure for a horrendous job. My nails are uneven, I have old nail polish still caked on my hands and the current polish is completely uneven. She squared the nails when I asked for rounded, and there is new polish on my fingers in certain areas. The owner raced through the manicure and finished in 12 minutes. She spent less than 20 seconds on my cuticles (I counted).

Today was a “double nail salon” day. I have been going to nail expo for sometime. I am DONE! There was a wait prior to being seen. I asked to have my nails cut down. They were completely uneven and split as she was cutting them. There was no offer to fix the nails that were split or to short. I got dip powder. It was uneven and all over my fingers. My thumb nail was cut too short and would have required a nail tip fo fix HAD it been offerred. My nails were completely uneven. Some nails were rounded, and some nails were square. Some nails were cut so short that they could not be fixed. Instead of using nail polish to remove the dip powder nail polish, she used nail tips which was painful! The manicure was done in a very rushed manner!! It was the worst experience I have ever had. I really should not have paid for it honestly. After I sat in my car and looked at my nails in complete disbelief, I headed over to another nail salon to have my nails fixed. It was a $110 nail day. If you care about customer service, quality services, and being happy with the end result this is NOT the place to go! LESSON learned. I would give this place zero stars. But I had to select one star to give the review.

The staff here are always friendly. They ask how you’re doing but they don’t push for conversation. They remember their customers and make us feel comfortable and welcomed each time. Something negative to say would be that the prices change every time we go there even if we get the same thing done, despite their price list. Maybe it depends on who does the nails I’m not sure. Also one time when I cashed out, I wrote the tip and the total on the credit slip but my card was charged an extra 10.00. Frustrating. But we continue to go there because overall they’re the best nail place around. Extremely clean. They are ALWAYS cleaning the salon..continuously. Smells and looks great in there. Definitely recommend this place overall!

My mom and I went to celebrate the end of the school year and it was the best choice ever. We dont know the names of our nail techs but they were amazing and mine even gave me a cough drop when I had a coughing fight. Very reasonable prices and many different services to choose from. Very clean, plexiglass between nail technician and clients and everyone has their masks on properly. Everyone is very friendly and Cindy the owner is very nice and is always there to make sure things run smoothly. I would definitely recommend this place.
