Critical: QualityEvery time I get acrylics here, they last around a week an a half. Until this time, by all means I thought my nails falling off was completely my fault.. until I woke up with a nail in my bed, and a nail falling off by opening a cabinet. Not only are they poor quality/not durable.. but they can’t even do simple designs, AND there is hair imbedded into the acrylic (which I pointed out, she scratched it with her nail & claimed for it to be “fixed”). Every time I get acrylics here, they last around a week an a half. Until this time, by all means I thought my nails falling off was completely my fault.. until I woke up with a nail in my bed, and a nail falling off by opening a cabinet. Positive: ProfessionalismMy regular eyelash girl was sick, so I thought I’d try getting my lashes done here. I think her name was Annie. She was very professional and thorough. At first they were a little different than what I’m used to, but I think she did a really good job. They are comfortable, are staying on, and they look good. My regular eyelash girl was sick, so I thought I’d try getting my lashes done here. I think her name was Annie. She was very professional and thorough. At first they were a little different than what I’m used to, but I think she did a really good job. They are comfortable, are staying on, and they look good. I’m happy with the service I received.

Positive: Professionalism, ValueI went in when they were really busy and got a full set done, however i was not pleased with the way my nails turned out and the fact that only after a week they were starting to lift.However after speaking with the manager Annie i was able to go in again and get them completely redone, new design and everything. Annie made sure the issue was fixed and that i walked out of there happy with my nails. She really does care about her customers and their satisfaction. Positive: Cleanliness, Quality, ValueI have been coming to this nail salon for a while now and they have yet to let me down. The workers, especially the manager, are down to earth & awesome. The quality is unbeatable, my last set of nails lasted 7 weeks! The environment is kept clean & the prices are fair. I did see a sign for 10% off on certain days when you pay with cash. I have been to several salons throughout Ocean & Monmouth county & Nail Expo is #1 on my list hands down!I have been coming to this nail salon for a while now and they have yet to let me down.
