Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityIt costs a little bit more to get my nails done here and it is absolutely worth it! They do great work and are one of the only places that actually honors appointments and doesn’t make me wait for an hour while they take walk-ins. They took my temperature and made me use hand sanitizer upon arrival. They have taken out half of the chairs and put up dividers everywhere. I also saw them cleaning everything after each client. It costs a little bit more to get my nails done here and it is absolutely worth it! They do great work and are one of the only places that actually honors appointments and doesn’t make me wait for an hour while they take walk-ins. They took my temperature and made me use hand sanitizer upon arrival. They have taken out half of the chairs and put up dividers everywhere. I also saw them cleaning everything after each client. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueAlthough most Salons in Santa Fe opened 2 weeks earlier than Nail Experts once restrictions were lifted, Nail Experts waited 2 weeks and made sure they had all precautions and extra protocol in place. Upon arriving for my pedicure and manicure, the owner took my temperature and administered hand sanitizer before I entered the salon. The salon was spotless. Extra care was taken with not only the hard plastic shields between the technician and client, but ceiling to floor plastic dividers between each station. Each chair was covered completely with plastic covers which could be wiped down sanitized. Each time a client was finished the station was thoroughly cleaned. I also noticed each time a client left the bathroom, it was sanitized and wiped down. I have been a customer for several years and even before Covid they have always been conscientious and sanitary. After 4 months without a professional pedicure or manicure, I couldn’t wait to have both. I could have gone to another salon, but because of their professionalism and expertise, I waited until they opened. Although most Salons in Santa Fe opened 2 weeks earlier than Nail Experts once restrictions were lifted, Nail Experts waited 2 weeks and made sure they had all precautions and extra protocol in place.
