Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueWas just really disappointed in ordering the deluxe $58 pedicure and then being told after that there was a $20 charge for gel polish. Being that there were three of us there that turned into a way more expensive trip than I intended. A bottle of gel polish doesn’t even cost $20 so how they justify charging that is beyond me. The ladies were also rude and made no effort at conversation other than with eachother. 10/10 will not be going back. Was just really disappointed in ordering the deluxe $58 pedicure and then being told after that there was a $20 charge for gel polish. Being that there were three of us there that turned into a way more expensive trip than I intended. A bottle of gel polish doesn’t even cost $20 so how they justify charging that is beyond me. Critical: ProfessionalismArrived at 10am to get a full set. I was told to pick a color and have a seat. I was the only one waiting after me about 5 people walked in. Waited almost an hour before I was told they didn’t have time. Arrived at 10am to get a full set. I was told to pick a color and have a seat. I was the only one waiting after me about 5 people walked in. Waited almost an hour before I was told they didn’t have time. Understandable they get busy but they should of said something before I waited almost an hour and only said something after I asked how much longer the wait would be.
