I got a gel manicure. It peeled off completely, each nail in their entirety by the middle of the next day. The only time I have ever had this happen is when I have given myself a gel manicure at home with sub par polish. Even then, the polish does not peel off all at once. I called and explained that I wanted a refund, not a new manicure. I wasn’t impressed with the service to begin with. I was told I would get $15 back instead of the $35 I paid because $20 of the manicure goes to cuticles and $15 goes to polish. She asked if I were the woman who got their nails painted with the grey/blue the day before. That that particular polish does that…which leads me to believe that the know their product isn’t up to par but are willing to charge people $35 for a manicure they know won’t last a full 24 hours. I didn’t go back for the $15 because it wasn’t worth my time. I went with two other people and everyone had something negative to say about their experience. One person didn’t have the cuticles cleaned at all. The other had nail polish on their skin on several toes after their pedicure. On a separate note, everyone who worked there was very friendly. Even though the services aren’t great, the staff was pretty friendly and seemed to like working there.

I have NEVER been to a nail salon where the tech just stops in the middle of a pedicure and jumps to another client!! There was nothing relaxing or enjoyable about this experience….. not a place I would return to!! Pedicure

Critical: ProfessionalismThe lady refused to do acrylic nails on my girls, said they could only get poly gel BUT didn’t use that either. Did awful artwork and when the girls nails peeled 20 minutes after being done, we went back for a refund and this woman REFUSED again. Been here a couple of times because it’s close to my house but today I was really impressed. I went in for a pedicure and eyebrow wax and left really satisfied. The staff is super friendly and I never have to wait for a long period of time to get serviced. Tony did my pedicure and I was so impressed! Relaxing and I almost dozed off! Lol. He took his time and gave me the best massage! Toes came out looking great as well. Lo Ann did her thing with the design. Eyebrows looked good too. I might have found my new place to get my pedicures!! Definitely recommended.

The lady that did my manicure rushed and you could clearly see the terrible job she did between coats and also made me bled which got mixed in with the polish. When I showed her my nails she took me back and just slapped on more layers and said I should have someone else drive me. Again I looked at my nails and they were even worse. The worst part was that she was the manager and she was the one doing the worst job in the salon. The lady proceeded to be rude and took off my manicure and gave me back 10 dollars.
