My nail tech also waxed my eyebrows and she was as thorough on my brows as she was with my pedicure. She was meticulous, professional and pleasant. Nail Experts isn’t a place where you’ll be in and out. In speaking with another patron the techs do take their time with each client. This means you will receive exceptional service but it also means clear your calendar for a couple hours. Enjoy!

Update 11/27/19 Kim is no longer owner under new management with all new workers. The new male owner tried doing dip ombre nails it looked a hit mess and I was charged $70. A huge rip off.

Pedicure was absolutely the best!! Nail experience she had a attitude! Still looking for that go to place for everything! I got my nails done on Wednesday on Thursday one popped off another popped off on Saturday and the third one popped out on Sunday by Monday I was at the nail shop. I’m not going to say they were happy to help but they definitely fix the nails for free I appreciate the customer service.

They think it’s okay to use dirty utensils on clients! I will NEVER return back to this salon. When I said something to the older man doing my pedicure, he thought it was funny to spray alcohol on the utensils AS IF that was sanitizing it. I walked out because the manager didn’t seem to care either. I will be filing a formal complaint on this salon.

Horrible service! Went on Saturday for metallic gel nails. They rushed the job and two days later my thumb nail, which had a bubble, lifted and needed to be repaired. Went in at 2:45pm on the follwoing Monday and was told they would be right with me but I guess because I was no money, they took 5 people before me. Finally, after sitting for nearly 45 minutes, older gentleman comes back over, removes the polish from my nail and then tells me that nobody is there that can repair my nail and to come back the next day at 10am. I am sorry… I have a job! Very disappointed and will NEVER return nor will I send anyone of my friends or foes to this establishment!
