I have been to this salon a few time before, and the quality was always acceptable to me. Unfortunately, the last time I was here, I asked for a french manicure and the result wasn’t good and professional at all! The nail polish is not even and clean and borders left without it. Really disappointing. I may not get back here again. It is a really clean and nice salon with really friendly staff. But unfortunately the quality of actual services, which I assume is the most important part, can be pretty unpredictable and variable. I could have done a better job even myself, without spending this amount of money!

I visited this establishment 2/14/22 @2:45pm. Very clean, it was not busy at all. However, I did feel rushed. The lady that did my nails (H Mai) seem too be in a rush . I ask for a manicure with dipping powder ( natural color). My hands were not soaked, my cuticles were not cut properly she actually did them 5 mins before my service was over , no hand or arm massage as described in the service list, and one of my nails has already cracked . Overall I will not be returning too this establishment, I was expecting great service and I got not even close to satisfactory.

I hardly ever use my debit card. I had not used it in over 6 months and that time was at my specific bank ATM. I used my debit card here at this establishment and within 2 hours of use, My bank called about charges to my debit account. I called them back and there were 3 attempts made for up to almost $1000. They deleted 2 charges and one was for an actual cash w/d from a bank ATM on the east coast, which clearly I was not there, seeing I was in Minnesota. My bank is investigating and are requesting camera footage and they refunded the amount back to me, cancelled my card and informed me that someone had copied my card information from an establishment that was most likely recent.

They did terrible job and didn’t listen to what I wanted. I told them 4 times .. then they did take it off but left me finish up taking off the gel and tips. They did give partial refund…. Waste of time and money. He even cut me one finger. Gel manicures, Acrylic nails, Pedicure
