It was my first time there. They were able to squeeze my daughters and myself in on a Thursday night. I had a great pedicure so I figured I’d schedule an appointment for a full set for Saturday. They were very polite and it seems like a fantastic place. However, 4 of my no chips almost have bubbles under them and the nail polish chipped and under the nail polish it was still wet! And mind you, it was $60 for a full set, plain black with an accent nail.

I hate having to leave this review, as I have been coming to Nail Envy since I was a child, however I had never gotten an acrylic set until today. My nail tech Rose seemed to rush through the process, and didn’t even clean the polish she had gotten on the underside of my nails off. That wasn’t the worst part though, as when she was filing the acrylics to shape them, she cut me underneath my right ring finger. As I said, this was after she has put the acrylics on and because I had a couple other fingers that were stinging and I had never gotten acrylics before, I thought it was from the glue. I didn’t get the chance to really look at my nails until I left the salon with how much I was being rushed, which is how I didn’t realize it was actually cut until after I left. I’m so sad to say I won’t be returning as I truly do have good memories from this place growing up. However, in recent years the quality has seemed to go downhill, and I will not go back to a place that actually injured me during the service.

May does an amazing job. I’ve been going to this Salon for the past 5 years and have always been extremely satisfied with the way my nails were done. I am very picky, so it is very important who the technician is and how they do the job. So far they never disappointed me. Very friendly, respectful, relaxed and get the job done right the first time!

I will not return. It gets two stars because of the space itself. It’s spacious and clean. However, my tech was 30 min late to my appt so I sat with my feet in cold water (even though it was replenished twice with warm water) until they were actually pruney and blue. She then proceeded to rush aggressively through the entire pedicure, it was not relaxing or enjoyable at all. I was with two others one of whom also complained about their techs lack of care. Once she painted my first two toes and checked to see if I liked the color, which I did not, I picked two new ones to try, she applied the second on a third toe which I still didn’t like, and landed on the third choice. Instead of removing the other colors she just painted right over them. I even questioned her about it and she said “it’s okay No?” At this point I was over the whole process and just wanted to leave. I would not recommend this place if you are looking for a spa like relaxing experience or quality pedicure. Disappointed.

Our experience started of great…When we first arrived we were greeted right away and told it would just be a moment. We were start in the pedicure chairs and offered a water/coffee. That’s where the hospitality ended. They were aggressive and rushed as they did our pedicures. My sister’s started 20 minutes late because they took another client before her even though we were all there together. My tech kept cutting me with the clippers and looking up to see if I reacted but never said anything. She kept moving the chair and turning the massager off without asking or saying anything. The spa pedi is supposed to have “extra massage time” as explained to us verbally that day but it was no different than a regular pedi. They charged an extra $10 to remove no chip polish from my toes which only took her 3 extra minutes because they just filed it off with the drill. Because my sister’s pedi started late I had my nails done too since I had to wait. Again she cut me with the clippers to the point I was bleeding. Again no apology. It’s been exactly 24 hours and my no chip is already chipping. Overall it was a bad experience and we will not be spending our money there again.
