My absolute favorite nail salon in Chicago! I’ve gotten my nails done here for the last 3 years every two weeks and haven’t looked back. My fav nail tech is Tiffany! She’s always on point with my nails and I always get compliments anytime we decide to do different designs. Not only is my nail tech bomb so is the environment! I just walked in at 10am and got a full set of cat-eye acrylic nails and a pedicure, and I absolutely love the job they did! I definitely highly recommend this place. It’s a beautiful, clean salon and the staff are quick, skilled, and very kind! Felt like a queen when I left! The technicians were very attentive to detail and I will be coming back for sure ❤️

I absolutely love Nail Envy. My girlfriend’s and I planned a pamper day with our little princesses. Everyone left feeling pampered, relaxed and well taken care of. All of our nails were done beautifully . We set another appointment to come back before even leaving!!!!

The nail technicians are great their work is consistent and they are always polite. Management however sucks. The owner of the shop is too busy getting fillers and buying rhinestone gym shoes to hire a 7 day a week receptionist the business desperately needs. I’ve called this shop at all times of the day, for days in a row and rarely does anyone answer. The owner appears to be a very selfish person so I’m sure in her small mindedness she thinks the Nails technicians should pull double duty and answer the phones in HER business. One would think when she went up on prices the money would have been better spent on hiring and receptionist versus buying new furniture that the shop did not need. If I did not love my nail tech and her work I would never step foot in the shop. If only my nail tech would follow my advice and open her own shop.

Nail Envy is one of the best spots to get a manicure in Lincoln Park! They are consistent, efficient, and reasonably priced. This is a great place to go for a fun nail design and to try something new.

Every time I go to Nail Envy they do a great job- I get dip with design and they are always willing to sit with you until it is done. I have never felt rushed at all and they have always been so kind to me. The last time I went was over 2 weeks ago and my nails still look perfect today. I have had a few different nail technicians there and they never disappoint. Also the receptionist is incredibly helpful as well. He is always honest and realistic about the time it takes and I never have to wait when I am there for my appointment- they are always ready for me. This is a very well run salon and would definitely recommend to anyone looking to get their nails done.

They got me in on short notice, but wasnt super happy with my nails – my nail beds look super fat from this acrylic job. The tech took her time and did pay attention to detail, so maybe it was just a preference thing. They also feel bumpy as if the nail wasnt buffed completely before polish, but the polish itself does look nice! They were so nice and accommodating to my short notice appointment (my partner proposed to me the night before and my nails weren’t done!).

Every time I have been here, I have left disappointed and frustrated. It’s impossible to get them to answer the phone to make an appointment. And when they do, they are often 20+ mns late or make you cancel on site. Not to mention the nails are always below average, including constantly cutting fingers and never having the colors they “offer”. Extremely dissatisfied with my experiences here. I would sincerely never come back.
