My 2 daughters and I were here from out of town and we were able to have mani/pedis done on short notice. The owner was very helpful and worked hard to take care of us. The shop was very clean and welcoming and all the employees were friendly. And our nails look great!! Highly recommend this place….wish it was in my hometown.

This is the last time I will go to this nail salon, I started going five years ago, and the service was superb. After being absent two years, I was living out of state. I walked in today, and just asked a simple question after the owner told me to pick my color so I could get my nails done: “Are these all the colors you’ve got?” And the owner, who was doing a clients nails, replied back: “Are these all the colors I’ve got ( in a sarcastic tone of voice, looked at his client and rolled his eyes at me, and then his client looked at him and also rolled her eyes…Well, I said: I’m sorry, I am looking for a lighter color. Unfortunately, the owner forgot what customer service means. I apologized, after he rolled his eyes, but he did not acknowledge my apology. I don’t know, I got confused, and though he used to have more colors. I don’t have to apologize, I am the client…I am paying for a service, and I was not being mean. Then, came the manicure…Oh well, the lady that did my nails is a very nice lady, but, barely massage my arms, did not take that much cuticle out…I mean, a waste of money and of my time. A manicure is supposed to be a moment to be relax, instead I left angry. Like I said: “last time” this is about a mile from my house, but rather go somewhere else…NOT WORTH IT!!!
