Critical: Cleanliness, Quality, ValueI used to come here and started going somewhere else. Decided to give them another chance. This was the last time ever! Took my daughter to get a pedicure and paint her fingernails, and me a pedicure and nails re-dipped. There’s never any conversation except for the owner to gripe about some people that have came in the past. Every time I come he only grabs about past customers. there is a four-year-old running around the shop. My five-year-old had to go use the potty and the little girl followed and even tried to get in the bathroom with her which I feel like is very inappropriate and an adult should have intervened at that point but I had to instead. The blond headed lady that done my daughters pedicure was very nice, however it literally took her less than 10 minutes to be completely finished. There was a wad of hair in the pedicure basin. The little girl that done my pedicure hurt me multiple times and actually made my toe bleed. She scrubbed my ankle bone as she was trying to do my pedicure and watch TV at the same time. Then while she was actually doing my pedicure stuck the pointy tool down in the side of my toe and made the entire side bleed and then proceeded to spray alcohol on it. After it was all over and my toes were painted and I looked at them my toes look like I’ve painted them myself. She didn’t even get the excess off that she got on my skin. We spent 2 1/2 hours there, paid $120, and I am not satisfied with anything. I used to come here and started going somewhere else. Decided to give them another chance. This was the last time ever! Took my daughter to get a pedicure and paint her fingernails, and me a pedicure and nails re-dipped. I paid $60 and my nails didn’t last a week and they started braking and chipping. No I wasn’t doing any hard manual labor for them to break. I wasn’t picking up anything heavy or anything. I will say I will definitely not be going back there. I’m not gonna pay $60 for my dipped nails to break off within less than 24 hours and the rest of them start popping off within a week.I’ve went here many of times and loved them at first. I’ve went here many of times and loved them at first. The last two times I’ve been my nails have broke the first day. I paid $60 and my nails didn’t last a week and they started braking and chipping. No I wasn’t doing any hard manual labor for them to break. I wasn’t picking up anything heavy or anything. I will say I will definitely not be going back there. I’m not gonna pay $60 for my dipped nails to break off within less than 24 hours and the rest of them start popping off within a week.
