Positive: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI got my nails done by Mike (i think that was his name) and I was very impressed! Some of the reviews here scared me, but I figured I’d go ahead since it was the only place open near me on a Sunday evening. He did exactly what I asked, correct shape and color, and was very friendly! His work is amazing. He was very gentle with the drills which I was surprised, most places I’ve been always go rough on my nails with the drills. He was very gentle and precise with everything. I’m in love with my nails! Absolutely perfect. Ask for Mike if you go here! I got my nails done by Mike (i think that was his name) and I was very impressed! Some of the reviews here scared me, but I figured I’d go ahead since it was the only place open near me on a Sunday evening. He did exactly what I asked, correct shape and color, and was very friendly! His work is amazing. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueMy friend and I went in this morning to get our nails done. I got a full set (no polish) and she got SNS.The guy who did my nails didn’t put enough glue on one of my fingers. I told him that the tip wasn’t laying flush with my actual nail. He said the acrylic would make it hold. Wrong, as soon as a bubble is there, it will start to lift. Next, he applied SO MUCH ACRYLIC, it was on my skin, in which I had to cut off when I got home. I asked him to shape them Squareish- rounded squoval. He made them sharp. Not even mentioning the fact that almost every one of my nails are crooked and my nail beds aren’t. So, I paid him $40 to literally apply acrylic on my natural nails. I had to come home and reshape them, cut the acrylic off of my skin and cuticles. I should have known better, considering the last time I went, the lady that sits on the end (to the left of the register when you walk in), was really rude to me and to other customers. I will NEVER give them my business again. I am always a generous tipper, however I didn’t tip today. Very unsatisfactory work. Do better nail envy. This is beyond ridiculous. Critical: QualityI was here for two hours and he was going to send me home with rippled polish on my nails. Asked for it to be fixed and he reluctantly did it. When I walked out I realized my toes were also rippled. By the time I got home, my toe polish pulled up. When I further examined, the paint was still wet underneath. Which is ridiculous because my toes had sat for at least an hour and a half. Update: I refuse to let them do my nails again, because I don’t even want to waste my time. The guy insisted i sit down and get them done in exchange for no refund…. And it’s not even the pattern I want. They were super rushed and he didn’t clean my cuticles so three days later by Wednesday my nails look like they’re two weeks grown out. Also they’re lifting on the sides. I also got a pedicure and, a few days later I’m super itchy between my toes and my skin is cracked. Definitely got a fungus and that’s the only place I could have gotten it from. I called and I spoke to the “manager” and went in in person. He did offer to fix my nails but blamed me for not communicating well enough that on top of the 45$ for SNS manicure I also needed a manicure for an extra price. And then he said I didn’t get the athlete’s foot fungus there.. not sure where else I could have gotten it. Super frustrated not going back. I got the SNS French manicure onSaturday. They were super rushed and he didn’t clean my cuticles so three days later by Wednesday my nails look like they’re two weeks grown out. Also they’re lifting on the sides. I also got a pedicure and, a few days later I’m super itchy between my toes and my skin is cracked.
