Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityI see Christie. I have a service dog. Christie and all of the other employees at Nail Envy are so supportive of my dog and I. We all make sure we’re farther from people who may have allergies to canines. I never feel judged because I have Amy service canine with me. My nails are done so well that I can train my German shepherd with barley any damage and absolutely no lifting of my nails. Christie is lovely. I see Christie. I have a service dog. Christie and all of the other employees at Nail Envy are so supportive of my dog and I. We all make sure we’re farther from people who may have allergies to canines. I never feel judged because I have Amy service canine with me. AMAZING!

Critical: ProfessionalismUsed to go to this place regularly for a gel manicure however was rudely turned away this evening. I had a 6pm appointment (which I had a card to prove) however they stated I didn’t have an appointment and that there was nothing to be done. The lady didn’t apologize or even offer to schedule me another day just basically said there was nothing she could do and let me leave. Used to go to this place regularly for a gel manicure however was rudely turned away this evening. I had a 6pm appointment (which I had a card to prove) however they stated I didn’t have an appointment and that there was nothing to be done. Most importantly as we are still in a pandemic, they had great covid 19 guidelines in place and I felt completely safe. Venmo is available for tip if you’re paying with a card and don’t have cash, which is a great feature many salons don’t have. Most importantly as we are still in a pandemic, they had great covid 19 guidelines in place and I felt completely safe.
