Nail Elegance Spa & More is bar-none the BEST nail salon I’ve ever been to. All the nail techs are so friendly and talented! The atmosphere is warm, inviting and comfortable. I’ve been going to there for over 2 years. The very first time I went there, I came in a stranger and left a friend! They are experienced and cutting edge on nail products, techniques, designs, colors etc. Janene Bushy is my nail tech and owner of the salon. She is one of the most talented, kind, caring, loving and fun persons I’ve ever known! To know her is to love her, she is truly AMAZING!! I get compliments on my nails all the time due to the INCREDIBLE job she does. I absolutely LOVE this salon, Janene and LOVE how my nails look EVERY TIME!! I HIGHLY recommend this salon.

I’ve been going to this nail place for over 2 years. They do great nails but they highly lack customer service and I just couldn’t take it anymore. I had put down a 10 am appointment unfortunately it was for 9am. I apologize for the confusion however the nail tech just gave me attitude and didn’t suggest that I make another appointment or pay for the missed appointment. Which I would have gladly done. As a matter of fact the customer that she was currently working on felt uncomfortable as well and tried to diffuse the situation by saying that sometimes she puts the wrong appointment time as well. I stood there waiting to make another appointment and pay for my missed appointment but the nail tech just ignored me. I spoke to another nail tech about my experience and she just never responded. They are a very busy place however if you experience any issues just look elsewhere as they don’t have time to deal with complaints and apparently don’t care about keeping loyal customers.
