Didn’t really know where to go seeing that it’s nail salons everywhere. So this weekend I just sat and went through a bunch of shops reading reviews. Since I had to go to the mall, I decided to read the reviews for Nail Elegance. I liked the reviews so my girls and I decided to give them a shot. We were very satisfied. I loved how the owner and the ladies made us feel welcomed. I liked how everyone engaged in conversation with us. Everyone there is really nice. I’m new to Georgia from Wisconsin. So my girls and I have been looking for the right nail salon since we’ve been here ( 8 months). Didn’t really know where to go seeing that it’s nail salons everywhere. So this weekend I just sat and went through a bunch of shops reading reviews. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueSo Kenya did my fill-in and pedicure today! She did exactly what I requested ❤️ very professional. Mike waxed my eyebrows and gave me great advice. I will definitely be returning when I’m in town. Thank you so much I’ve never been so relaxed.

He actually sparks conversation with you which makes the experience more enjoyable instead of that awkward silence. Everyone that works there is friendly, the environment all around is great. Unfortunately I’m moving out of state but when I visit I’m definitely stopping by Mike!

Critical: Quality, ValuePlease don’t waste your time nor money here! The quality of work is terrible! I have tried on a number of times to give them a chance as Iam or was new to the area. Every experience I had was bad at this nail shop! The last time they tried to automatically add their tip and thought I wasn’t gonna catch it. No sir refund my money cause the service definitely didn’t deserve a tip. Here it is 1 week later and Im noticing the lady left a complete area on my heal untouched and now its peeling! Please don’t waste your time nor money here! The quality of work is terrible! I have tried on a number of times to give them a chance as Iam or was new to the area. Every experience I had was bad at this nail shop! The last time they tried to automatically add their tip and thought I wasn’t gonna catch it. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI’ve been here twice & won’t make it a 3rd. They have a bad habit of filing nails after applying the pain in claims to remove paint off your cuticles. It scrapes the color off the sides of your nails which is very unprofessional. They also don’t paint all the way up to your cuticles. I’ve been here twice & won’t make it a 3rd. They have a bad habit of filing nails after applying the pain in claims to remove paint off your cuticles. It scrapes the color off the sides of your nails which is very unprofessional. They also don’t paint all the way up to your cuticles. Good setting & friendly staff but very unskilled painting, not worth it
