I saw that Nail Edit just opened and I had a $10 gift voucher so decided to give it a try. I liked that I called ahead of time and asked if they can see me right away before going. I like the location and plenty of parking. Very nice ambiance – comfortable, clean and modern. Unfortunately I would give it 3 stars because service was just ok. I felt it was rushed. I went when they were not busy. Seems like the person was just too tired… she did mentioned they have been busy and she had not even had a meal yet. I have had better experiences before. I expected a better experience. It was just average.

Went in for a refill and toe polish change. I was told I needed to take off the nails because of lifting when it had only been two weeks. I agreed to taking them off and during the process of them popping each nail off they ripped half of my real nail off. I resorted to just getting a manicure with a clear coat to give my nails a rest. I also got my eyebrows waxed. I ended up paying $42 which is absurd for the quality of work shown.

The service was EXCELLENT!! Thu did my pedicure and my two friends also got pedicures, we all had an excellent experience. This is my second time here and both times have been wonderful! I’m not sure about the other negative reviews, but I say don’t listen and try for yourself! Sign up on their website about 30 minutes before and you’ll receive a $10 voucher. This is a great salon, with FREE alcohol including frozen margaritas and slushees for the kids. Everything is brand new so it’s really luxurious feeling.

The salon is so gorgeous inside, I feel like I’m at some expensive spa! It isn’t even expensive. I’ve been here twice with a group and both times, we all had excellent experiences. This is a must go!! Free alcohol is a huge plus Pedicure

My daughter and I have come here twice and both times we have had great experiences! I never leave reviews and am usually extremely disappointed with nail salons but I can honestly say that I love this place. The inside is always gorgeous and our nails always look great. Ky is always very friendly and does great work! Highly recommend. Manicure, Dip powder

The first time I reviewed this business was when it very first opened and I gave it 5 stars. However after revisiting a few times, I won’t be going back. The last time the lady cut my finger with one of the drills. It wouldn’t stop bleeding. I understand that accidents happen but it was how her, the guy who I’m assuming is the manager and the young lady at the counter was so nonchalant about it and how I had to ask for some type of discount. They really offered no type of apology or anything. I won’t be going back.

Came here on a Sunday and the place was so beautiful. However, the techs were mediocre. An older lady with red hair and fuchsia pink lipstick did my feet and nails. She cut my cuticle too deep and did not apologize. Then she stuck me so hard with the metal toe nail cleaner. No apology for that either. My big toe has been in excruciating pain since. Won’t let her touch my nails ever again. Seriously debating on even returning. My 1st time going was great but this time was terrible because of her. Let someone else do your nails.

Experience was absolutely ruined after nail tech asked me to pay while still getting my toes done(which I did not mind) just to see if I would put a tip on the receipt. As the young guy who is the receptionist came to take my card, bring it to the register and then came back with my receipt to sign, the nail tech Tina scooted closer towards me to see if I was adding a tip on the receipt. My total came out to 102.00 but I still did not mind leaving a few dollars since she was super nice. Once I realized what her intentions were I did not tip. A few minutes later while she was still painting my toes she asked me how much did I have to pay(she already knew because she was right there when the receptionist told me) and also asked if I included a tip. She asked TWICE. I said huh? Because I was in shock that a nail tech would ask that. Her attitude with me completely changed when I told her very nicely no. It was as if I was not speaking to the same person. I felt very uncomfortable. This was my first and last time going to Nail Edit.

Salon is very nice. Service not, felt rushed. Showed picture of nail color. The lady said yes she was able to do it. All they wanted to do was airbrush. Kept pushing airbrush. Over all upgrade pedicure it was rushed and nails came out horrible. Pedicure, Gel manicures
