Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueBrian was my nail tech and this was my first time getting SNS nails ever. I walked in on a weekday but was told they were busy and the man at the front desk put me down for an appointment for about 2 hours later. He was really polite and friendly, really welcoming to someone who’s new to the salon. I showed Brian the photo of the nails I wanted and while they didn’t have the exact colors as the photo, he was able to recreate it perfectly with their colors. He was really quick considering I asked for ombre chrome nails with star stickers. I was really pleased with the end result- I waited a couple weeks to write a review just to see if the nails would last and they look just as good as the day I got them- save for the natural nail growth. Brian was my nail tech and this was my first time getting SNS nails ever. I walked in on a weekday but was told they were busy and the man at the front desk put me down for an appointment for about 2 hours later. He was really polite and friendly, really welcoming to someone who’s new to the salon. I showed Brian the photo of the nails I wanted and while they didn’t have the exact colors as the photo, he was able to recreate it perfectly with their colors. Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI’ve been using NE services for past 1 an half and the kind of experienced I had in last weeks was very disappointing and end up not going to use there services again..Two weeks back my planned was to be get ready before Christmas because I had family coming home and within five days sns nails got chipped and before that a day when I used there nail service, it’s protection layer was peeled off in few minutes so I went back to redo on nails … agent is like oh it was not dry rather then saying sorry it’s like my fault and not there service defect because when there agent said it’s done then I left. Within 5 days nails chips came off from 3 nails so I went back that also after taking appointment and guess what they didn’t fix it on time but rather I have to wait for 23 minutes and then also no sorry nothing. Now on The day – Christmas see the picture, the whole sns color came off from my nails … how’s that possible in 6 days after it was fixed by there other agent… Not professional job and thank you for helping me to decide not to use your services any more.
