Worst manicure I’ve ever gotten. Staff was pleasant but did a very poor job. I’ve gotten dip manicures for years and they did it completely differently than any other place I’ve gone. I had to get them redone multiple times and I’m usually not a picky customer. Overall not happy with my experience and will not be going back. Dip powder

I absolutely love the level of care and customer service that you receive from the people that run this family owned establishment. I came here as a first time customer from Batesville because I had a pretty bad experience with the nail salons there and I was blown away by the difference. I’d gotten a pedicure 2 weeks before and noticed that they didn’t really trim my nails down or get any of the dead skin off of my feet.

I came here because of the reviews. My regular person was booked up. Will not be coming back. They drilled all the way down my nail bed. I got a basic Gel manicure. My polish is lumpy and my nails are rough at the ends…he did not even bother to smooth them out. I think he was rushing because they planned to close early. I won’t be back. That’ll teach me to keep my appointments!

I won’t go back. I love pedicures & this was a terrible experience. She was rude & rough& put the wrong color on& got mad bc I askd her 2 remove it. She tried 2 charge me 20 more 2 use gel polish rather than regular . It was a disappointing experience Pedicure

I will never use this place again. I had a French manicure done and it looked okay for a few days but then started looking bad. So I went back in to see them and asked if he would fix it and said I would have to pay another 40 dollars to have him fix it. The same man who did them wrong the first time. I recommend you not use this place at all.

Good service. Called 30 before walk in and they took me right away. The older gentleman who did my nails was awesome and took his time to make them perfect. Only issue is that they used cheap black polish on me and it turned out more grey and see through. If they had used the better polish brand they had it would have been a 5 star

Also, while me a manicure, someone with an appointment came in and they stopped my nails to do theirs. Since I was dissatisfied with my nails, I made an appointment with them the next day at 10am. Guess what? They made me wait 30 min until they finished with their current client! I walked out. Do not recommend and am very happy with service and wasted so much money. Also, while me a manicure, someone with an appointment came in and they stopped my nails to do theirs. Since I was dissatisfied with my nails, I made an appointment with them the next day at 10am. Guess what? They made me wait 30 min until they finished with their current client! I walked out. Do not recommend and am very happy with service and wasted so much money. I’m going to spendp money now going to another nail salon to get them fixed.

The place was clean and I didn’t have to wait long but when the man told me to pick my color and I asked how much would it cost. The price was higher like extra $10 and wanting a tip.
