Lumpy nails I bit off to have another salon to fix next week I guess. Thanks covid. Told the chick I hated the shape and it was blamed on the polish, like she wasn’t the one applying the gel polish or the one who didn’t ever shape the acrylic. Oh, and despite blaming the polish, half the nails were missed too.

The nail shape and the way the nail feels is so bumpy the design does not look good the lines are messed up and the guy got nail polish on my finger and the guy instead of whipping it off with acetone he scratched it off with a nail filler they missed a whole spot tht was supposed to be painted the guys was absolutely so rude with his attitude self really got me upset in the end I do not recommend this place

My nail tech was very nice and she was very sweet. However the nail tech of my roomate rushed her appointment! When her nail started to grow out, she noticed the nail bed dipped. It was because the nail tech went too deep when he was doing her nails.

Definitely not a $86.00 mani/pedi. My toenail polish was very thin and did not cover well. The gentleman doing my services cut my cuticle and also faild to clean under my toenails and smooth the edges. The manicure was rushed and no cuticle cream was used resulting in a painful experience. I when I cough up my concerns they were minimized and not fixed. Definitely disappointed!
