Katie was everything I needed and wanted her to be: kind, fun, easygoing, clean, punctual, and extremely talented at her craft. My wedding was moved from Lake Louise, Canada to another of our bucket list destinations (Moab, Utah) due to border issues with Covid. We were determined to get married before the end of the year so we confirmed our 3rd (and final) wedding date in Moab in October for our December 29th wedding. I couldn’t believe Katie was available for our wedding day and also the day before to do my trial which got me looking picture-ready for a photoshoot and our welcome party later that day. The airbrush makeup was flawless from application at 10:30am till I took it off around 10:30pm for bed. I wanted a natural glam/ “best version of myself” look and 2 other things: my face and chest color had to match lolll & I have small eyes so I don’t like inside bottom eyeliner (I’m sure these were obvious things but in Louisiana I haven’t had good makeup experiences so I figured it best to tell her what I don’t like ♀️). It’s like Katie envisioned exactly what I pictured in my head and I didn’t want to change a single thing at the trial: PERFECTION . Not to mention her eyelash line is exquisite. I have on my list to order more ‘Wifey’ (I wore these for the wedding ) and also some ‘Miranda’ lashes for a little more drama (my mom wore these). My 2 bridesmaids, 2 moms, and I were so lucky to have Katie do our wedding day makeup. The makeup felt so light on my face and never felt like it rubbed off if touched. My mother-in-law said she felt 20 years younger. I also work in the wedding industry and I don’t see many vendors that reach the high standards I held for my own wedding but Katie is one of the greats and far surpasses any expectations. I hope one day I’ll have another chance to have Katie put a makeup tool to my face lol, she has a gift. Katie is an amazing gem of a human. Her attention to detail with my brows is just what I wanted. What I really loved is she was honest with me. I color my hair to a copper color and she mentioned to me that she was unsure about what color to do my brows so she reached out to the lady who trained her.
