Jenny trashed my nails. Shellac manicure. Within one week I have 2 broken nails. She must have filed the tops of my nails so thin that they are tearing. I normally have strong nails and this has never happened to me before. She was rude. Possibly because I asked her to change the towel out from the previous customer. The towel had large chunks of crud and nail dust on it! So In turn she did not talk to me the entire visit and wrecked my nails. Maybe she was having a bad day, but don’t take it out on your customers that call ahead and have an appointment. sad day. I won’t be back.

Best place I’ve been to! I highly recommend them. They are very clean and welcoming. They know many customers by name which you don’t hear of often. My nails were messed up from the last place rushing and being sloppy.She took her time and fixed everything without me even asking. Very nice people! She made sure I liked everything and thanked me. I’m usually always disappointed when leaving nail salons but I’m very happy and thankful for such great service today! Definitely give them a try!

WOW!! My daughter and I were pleasantly surprised when we walked into this place. From the looks of the empty and dated complex you wouldn’t expect the updated salon and comfortable massage chairs. The prices were even good!!!

So I had an appointment at another salon, it was set for 9:30 am… after waiting for an hour +, I left. I stopped at Nail Designs as it was close to where my mom lives. I pretty much got in right away and had the best pedicure!!! This is now my forever place now. I recommend Nail Designs to anyone, you won’t be sorry. Gel manicures, Pedicure

I always come here for a pedicure this was the 2nd time I got a chair and the massage did not work . They didn’t even offer to move me to a different chair I’m very disappointed because I’ve been coming here for years I think I will take my business elsewhere Pedicure

Lee did an amazing job on a full set dip powder and waxing my brows and lip! She made me feel comfortable and was very nice. The whole place was clean and nice.

I’ve always loved this salon, mostly for their deluxe pedicures. Safe environment with masks available for customers (and for sale by the box right now).

Called before I came on a Friday afternoon to make an appointment for my partner and I to get pedicures and was told that there wasn’t anyone there and that I didn’t need an appointment. So we left immediately and mind you— we live 4 minutes away from the salon. So we get there and there’s 4 other people waiting and we’re told to sign in. So we dad and sat down for 10 mins. Then we were asked to go in the back and sit at the chairs where pedicures are done and wait. So we waited for 20 mins. The owner finally came over and acknowledged us and let us know we would be soaking our feet while she took care of the other customers who had appointments. At this point I am annoyed and I ask specifically how much longer will it be and she said 25-30 more minutes. I asked her why she wouldn’t let me make an appointment when I called for one and she said at that time there wasn’t anyone there. We live 4 minutes away. It was literally 8 minutes tops getting there from the time I got off the phone with her. She offered no apologies, no offers for next time and gave us towels to wipe our feet off so we could leave. When I asked her why she didn’t let me make an appointment like the people she is helping before us, she said it wasn’t busy earlier and that’s it. Worst salon experience, terrible customer service as we weren’t even acknowledged for a half hour. Never going back here.
