I went in about a half hour before they closed for an acrylic set and came out uneven to didn’t like the over all way it was done shape wise. They were all cleaning around and starting making it seem like they didn’t want me there. I’m business. This was my first time at this location and I WILL NEVER go back here!!!

This is my 2nd time ever getting my nails done and I have went here both times. 1st time was with the guy for a full manicure and he did wonderful. Very well done and thorough. 2nd time I went to get a fill. I got a lady and she did terrible, missed way to many spots, rushed through extremely quick and was rough a few times, not to mention not even filed evenly have to redo them myself. Will go elsewhere if i ever decide to get them done again.

Critical: ProfessionalismAs UNPROFESSIONAL as they come! Was turned away 5 times as a walk in, always asked to come back at different times but they would take other walk ins ahead of me! I kept going back because I love my girl that I’ve been going to for 3 years now. I have been an excellent customer, always spending $80 or more and left tips that were more than fair. In a business full of people Tony thought it was appropriate to treat me like garbage and I will personally make it my mission to give terrible reviews on every social media platform I can!! Check out his Yelp reviews also!! I consider myself to be a very patient person, but today was the last straw. I don’t care if there is a language barrier, RUDE is universal! Not everyone can “come back later” some of us work and have families! This was my husband and i first time and last. We made appointment ahead . I guess we should have knew what to do. The atmosphere was unfriendly. They do not take credit cards. I was not happy she didn’t even scrub our heels. I found this shop on google reviews seemed good. No customer service at all. Never again not friendly.
