I mistook this place for City Nails which is over in the next building. My pedicure was kinda rushed. My massage was brief and in fact kind of painful. The nail tech took her thumb and pressed hard into the center of my foot over and over. I did not like it. The color didn’t match the one I picked out and she painted over the debris from filing my nails. You can see the rough texture through the paint. My feet were also still dry and had dead skin on them. Worst service ever.

My 5 year old granddaughter could have done a better job. The tech ruined my natural nails. All I wanted was a file and paint. She didn’t even know how to do a coffin file, I had to show her pictures from google. HORRIBLE. I threw my gift certificate in the trash. Manicure

I went in with my neighbor to get our nails done. I asked for white tips with glitter. I ended up with clear tips and had to tell him several times I didn’t want silver glitter. They charged me $15 extra to paint the tips of my nails with glitter polish. I ended up paying $55 for something I didn’t even ask for. They are pretty, just not what I wanted.

Okay the pedicure was the best thing I got. The woman was very sweet and did amazing. Then it was time to sit down for a acrylic set. This old man was soo rude. He man handled my hands so rudely. He didn’t clean cut or shape my natural nails before hand. He even made my nail bed bleed. He ran the machine that files nails down so hard on my nails y’all I was burning. He refused to do dip powder like I asked also. Just so rude and unprofessional I will NEVER return to this location again. Famous nails was too packed this day so I didn’t have a choice. But if you do have a choice don’t go here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I get my nails done one week and the next week go for my pedi. The staff is so sweet and friendly. They always do what I want on my nails and toes. Best place ever!

Critical: QualityWill NEVER go here again. Got a dip manicure and it was obvious the nail technician was in a hurry. Instead of soaking my old dip off he popped them off with an acrylic nail, which damaged my nail. After two days the dip on my nails started to crack and break off. Called up to the nail salon and asked to get them redone since I paid so much for them and the lady on the phone was rude but agreed to let me come in. When I went back to get them redone they had the audacity to accuse me of biting my nails, saying that’s why they cracked. Got them redone and it’s been a couple days and they’re doing the same thing. And on top of all that their prices are higher than other places in town.Service: ManicureWill NEVER go here again.
