Been living in Wisconsin for over 10 years and only had my nails done 5 times because each time I’ve been disappointed, but not today. The shop atmosphere is very welcoming. The staff was very eager to help and kind. I had a older gentleman with glasses do my set and he was the absolute sweetest. He really focused on my nail shape and made sure everything was to my liking. He can do any design you bring to him. Today was my first time there and they managed to win me over in such a short time! I will be returning. 10 stars

Nail Design is a friendly affordable neighborhood nail salon. The staff is friendly and promp. I reccomend making an appointment but they do take walk-ins. The salon is tidy and clean. They sanitize well between customers. The pedicure chair/baths are very relaxing.

I do not recommend this place to get acrylics. The entire time the staff was not attentive to their clients and during my manicure the lady was performing other tasks and had to keep stopping. I had 2 lady’s switching off doing my nails and they ended up being extremely chunky looking and all uneven. Acrylic nails

I used to frequent this business and they were very good but after my last visit I will NEVER set foot in Nail Design again!! My daughter in law, myself, and my daughter each had either a pedicure or a manicure. The owner switched over to an another client who was complaining about how long she waited and the girl who finished my daughters nails said out loud “I don’t know why I am doing this!” The man doing my pedicure could not get the red nail polish he spread all over my toe cleaned up. It was subpar and a huge disappointment! For the price they charge I expect better service.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This pace is more like a factory than a place to have a relaxing customer oriented experience. First of all they do not disinfect their equipment they use on customers which is a problem when it comes to nails. Second they don’t speak English. How can you give a good customer service when you can’t understand what customers want. Lady which was doing my nails hurt my finger with a machine when she was polishing one of my nails. She broke almost every nail didn’t file them correctly and than refuse to finish them they way I wanted. Honestly, this place has no idea what customer service is or honestly they didn’t look like they cared either.

I got acrylics a couple weeks ago. I had such a bad experience in the salon and didn’t feel comfortable which is sad because I used to come here a lot. I got a full set of acrylic nails and they left huge gaps between my natural nail and the acrylic nail. So now water and stuff gets trapped underneath. So unhygienic and gross. Now I have to get them removed and put back on else where. They also used the electric file thing on my real nail and thinned a couple layers off my nails that I already struggle with getting to thicken up. Super disappointed . I even have a gift card to use that I’ll just end up going to waste because I don’t want to go back here!
