Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, ValueI wish I could give this place zero stars. I went with a friend and the first thing we asked was how long the wait would be and we were told no wait and to go ahead and sit at one of the desks. She needed a pedicure and I needed just Shellac/gel on my nails. My friend waited at least 15 minutes before they started her nails and I had to wait over 20. Normally this would not be an issue but we were in a time crunch as we were both on lunch. The entire time we were waiting and while she was getting her pedicure they kept trying to get us to purchase other services even though we made it very clear we only wanted what we asked for. When the technician finally started on my nails, she kept trying to convince me I needed dip powder instead of gel because gel won’t last as long. I have been getting my nails done for over 15 years and I have gotten Shellac since it came out. I know Shellac lasts on my nails and is fine. I ended up getting very fed up with their lack of professionalism and for their inability to do what I asked for. I was charged $10 for a polish take up that was half done. I left with polish still on my nails and they look terrible. Completely misshapen and my cuticles are all crooked. 100000% DO NOT GO HEREI wish I could give this place zero stars. I wish I could give this place zero stars. I went with a friend and the first thing we asked was how long the wait would be and we were told no wait and to go ahead and sit at one of the desks. She needed a pedicure and I needed just Shellac/gel on my nails. My friend waited at least 15 minutes before they started her nails and I had to wait over 20. Normally this would not be an issue but we were in a time crunch as we were both on lunch. We asked for them to match moms polish from her toes to her nails and well they didn’t match at all they argued with us saying they did. At the end they finally told us to go to the nail place across the street!!!! Very rude when we would tell them what we weren’t happy about. The place was very dirty!!!!! Worst experience I have ever had. Pedicure polish looked like a kid did them. It was my mom myself and daughter. I had a younger girl my mom had tony for our pedicure and mom had to wait for Cindy to finish my nails before she was able to get her nails done but tony did a pedicure and another women’s nails. We had the first appointment of the day so we should have been first. We asked for them to match moms polish from her toes to her nails and well they didn’t match at all they argued with us saying they did. I payed with card and a few days later checked my bank statements and realized they over charged me. I called to figure out the payment issue and nobody was willing to talk or figure anything out and kept telling me over and over they was too busy to talk. Just ridiculous!!! I will never be back and I pray I don’t catch anything from the utensils they used on me that they also used on others. The place was dirty and they use the same stuff on other people without opening new anything to do pedicures. Very slow service and it was only 3 people including myself there. I payed with card and a few days later checked my bank statements and realized they over charged me. I called to figure out the payment issue and nobody was willing to talk or figure anything out and kept telling me over and over they was too busy to talk. Just ridiculous!!! Well not anymore I was very disappointed, The pedi they didn’t even get the scales off my feet and they are not bad at all. My mani wasn’t any better, first time that I have had one and the only thing that was done was nails clipped, no lotion not anything. I will not return. I know they have a great business without me but if many are treated this way they will not return either. The last 2 times I had been there I wasn’t pleased but decided to give it another try because this is where I would also go before i felt their service was great. Well not anymore I was very disappointed, The pedi they didn’t even get the scales off my feet and they are not bad at all. My mani wasn’t any better, first time that I have had one and the only thing that was done was nails clipped, no lotion not anything. I will not return. After waiting50 min they finally started my Manicure…I got the powder nails but she did them different-than I had seen. She made a paste…she got so much of the paste up under my fingers nails (all) she told me oil would take it off but I didn’t think it made sense after putting my hands in the dryer to harden my nails. Now that paste (powder) is stuck under my nails til who knows when.Services: Manicure, PedicurePedicure was just ok and she painted mine the wrong color.
