Rush job with several mistakes and carelessness. I had an appointment at 1 and was done by 1:15 to give perspective on the rush job. My nails look terrible! The paint is not to the cuticles so it looks like my nails were done weeks ago. Plus the paint is sloppy with many visible lines. You can clearly see how the color was watered down.

So I went to this nail salon for the first time and it was the worse experience ever!! I told them I am going to a wedding and I want French. Before they start on my manicure they said I have to pay and I did. The lady who did my nails was really bad first of all she didn’t ask what shape of nail I wnat she started working on my nails. My nails weren’t even! I didn’t say anything bcuz I was in a rush. She started putting nail publish on my nails and she didn’t even know how to do it. I asked her nicely to do it better and she tried but she couldn’t ( I got up and I told the manager nicely that this isn’t what a professional does, and I don’t have time to do it now bcuz I’m going to a wedding) and i went back a day after I was talking to her she didn’t refund me and she literally hush me and say step out of the shop. She was extremely rude and when I told her I don’t think that lady who did my nails has a license and I want to see her license she literally called her boss and she didn’t show me her license. And I’m telling you they aren’t professional! I added some photos so you guys can see it yourself.

Great business with friendly and professional staff. Kathy is the greatest and makes my nails look great with dip powder. Lisa provides. a perfect pedicure. Prices are good. I’ve been going here since 2004 and have never had a problem.

Horrible service. I felt like a was getting a beating while getting a manicure. She kept pushing, pulling and rushing. Oh boy she was in a hurry. Personally a mani and pedi is a nice treat for me. It should be a enjoyable time so…I will not come back here 🙁

I’ve been coming to this salon for YEARS!! Everyone is so friendly and accommodating. They know my tastes and they know what shades of color I like. I could walk in and say what color I’m feeling today and they pick the prettiest shade that would compliment me!

I made an appointment to get a gel pedicure this afternoon and it was by far the worst experience ever. The only upside was that the manager allowed me to pay through Venmo. The lady who did my gel pedicure was Kathy and she was mean. I went with a friend who could attest that I’m not exaggerating. Asking anything would immediately bother her, I asked for her to check for ingrown nails and that was such a hassle for her. Moments later I asked if she could buff my feet more she got upset. I felt so uncomfortable and didn’t say anything else to her. After not speaking, she rushed through the whole pedicure. I noticed the lady doing my friends toes was so much nicer and didn’t rush.

I walked in asking for a polish change (because the woman said 30 minutes wasn’t nearly long enough for a manicure). The woman took off half my existing polish on one hand before letting me know that I could only pay in cash if it wasn’t at least $15. When I told her I didn’t have cash, she told me she couldn’t do my nails and I had to leave. I said she could just charge me $15. She said no she couldn’t do that and I had to leave. She then made a sarcastic comment while I was walking out. She was incredibly rude and I would never, ever come here or encourage anyone else to do so. I ended up going down the street to Tips to Toes. They had me in and out in 10 minutes and were super nice, and did an excellent job.

Gel manicure lasted less than a week and they barely did anything to heels during pedicure, left with the heels still feeling rough even after I said something during the pedicure. Everything was very hasty and not done with quality.

Worst manicure and pedicure experience I’ve ever had. They rushed through both – I was there a total of 45 minutes. Not enjoyable, relaxing, quality work and honestly, quite painful as they rushed through their work.

I went in because I had been neglecting my feet for a few months. The fact that I left with rough heels (I noticed once everything was dry) is unacceptable. They also used the ‘cheese grater’ which I thought was not allowed in nail salons. Either way the $32 for a pedicure was not well spent. I will not be back.
