The number one reason businesses fail is because they fail to keep their commitments. If you make an appointment with me and I tell you I want and a particular technician then I’m expecting to have that nail technician work on my nails. We purposely are trying to build rapport with that person… it’s not just about getting your nails done it’s also about relaxation and connection. When you pass me on to someone else, which you did, it tells me that I’m just a number to you.. that you don’t even see me as a real person so I probably won’t be back here.

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI was there today and it was a horrible experience. First off almost all of my cuticles were sliced up , my tech spoke no English as I was telling her she was cutting my skin . My nails aren’t evenly put on. I was there today and it was a horrible experience. First off almost all of my cuticles were sliced up , my tech spoke no English as I was telling her she was cutting my skin . The service is terrible, when i walk in i asked to have my gel nails removed. The woman up front said ok, didn’t say how long the wait or if they are going to do the request. So i have a seat, 30min later. Ok i have been going there for over 5 years. that’s fine. But when i do have the service the woman puts my hands in liquid & said she will be right back, ok…. well after that she starts on a lady’s pedi finishes her than came back to me. Do i need to say more. You need better customer service. 3 hour….

I had gel with design put on my nice long nails 6 days ago and its already seperated from my real nails, the stones in the designs have come off and the design is not even close to what I wanted. They did a full pedi including soaking time in 20 minutes, didnt rub my feet or legs, didnt scrape my feet, they didnt trim my cuticle. Not to mention, when my friend and I got there we clearly said we both wanted nails Nd feet done, when they finished my hands and toes they told my friend she had to come back later because they where to busy. Definitely won’t be going back.

Tried this place out and was very pleased. I got a full set of acrylics with French style gel. Holly was kind and professional. Prices are clearly posted and fair. I will definitely be returning!
