The lady who did my nails was very judgmental. none of my nails looked the same, they all were different in shape and length. and she didn’t even go all the way to my cuticles so the nails looked like they needed a full as soon as i got them Dip powder

I’ve been coming to this place for years..After Tracy left I was very skeptical about coming to this place Kelly the owner is very rude she has her picks of ppl that she likes. I’m surprised that this place is still in business. Her customer service is really bad she doesnt speak to her customers and if you’re a plus size person you may wanted to avoid this place.. I have witnessed numerous of times she singling out women that’s on the heavy side about her chairs. She told one customer if you over 350 pounds no pedicure for you..Wow..I felt really bad for that customer and she did it in front of everyone. My last straw is when I went to get my nails filled now I’ve been going for years on this day she told her husband to get me another chair I asked her husband..why? He replied that my wife said maybe you dont fit in my chair..so I said why wouldn’t I fit..I’ve been coming here for years i can fit perfectly in any chair. I got up and approached kelly while she was doing someone nails and i told her she is wrong and i would never spend another dime in this salon ever.. I’ve seen her do this to alot of plus size woman so that makes me think that you discriminate against plus size ppl. If you dont want plus size women in your establishment and you worried about there size put you some sign up..let’s see how well your business does being so nasty and rude.. well I found me a great nail shop and I love my new nail technician..I’m gladly this happened. I only stayed going there because of Tracy after she left years ago this place went down..

They do a great job. My sister had to wait less then 20 min because there were a lot of people and they kept apologizing for it. Only reason I gave 4 and not 5 stars is they really need to get a nail artist in there.

If you want great pedicures then yes but getting your nails done I DO NOT RECOMMEND! Everytime you turn around they have brand new people and the only one that made sure your nails lasted is gone which was Tracy Again I do not recommend!

I go there from time to time when I have absolutely no other place to go, I guess because I’m not a regular, they really don’t take the time to do my nails and make sure I’m a satisfied customer, I’m never satisfied when I leave there and always have to go to another nail shop within the week to have my nails redone. Mind you I pay between $50 and $60 to get my nails done and try to always pay @ least a $5 tip even though I’m not satisfied with there work. Nail Depot you guys should treat all your customers as if they matter and get a person in there who specializes in nail designs.
