Worst manicure I have received in my life. $100 later. She told me the white lines would get smooth after she fixed it with top coat. Spent 2 hours for nails and basic pedi. Will never come back here. Only reason for 1 star is they took me right away

when I walked into the salon the lady at the front desk told me $30. after waiting about 30 minutes a lady took me to a desk and then she said 40 then changed it to 50. she started right away without letting me say anything and started ripping off my nails without drilling or soaking them. I stopped her right away and told her just to take them off and not do my acrylics. she went right ahead and started soaking them as soon as I told her I was going to pay her. she sent me to another desk and I waited about 15 minutes. Then another man came up to me and said that he would take care of me. He Told me that he would only charge me $30 for a full set he was very friendly and he did them longer then I expected. I recommend going to him, His name was John. He did a very good job and he was friendly. I would recommend coming to this place but check who is working on you first to make sure they do a good job. The nails themselves were a little lumpy and bulky but I liked them so. ♀️ ♀️

These are literally the worst nails ever gotten. The owner did my nails and she was so distracted on her phone she kept stopping to check it and answer calls on it and she literally botched up the shape of my nails I asked for coffin and they don’t even look like it. And on top of that she literally messed up the French tip that I asked for. Zero out of 10 do not recommend

I was done after a nail tech placed my toe under scalding hot water. Immediately my toe was swollen. After my services my skinned peeled and was only given an apology. To add insult to injury- if I did not have an issue with my card I was expected to pay the full cost…. Totally unacceptable! Anytime a customer is injured it’s the business responsibility to cover the full cost of the services. Today was drudgery as I stood on my feet all day at work This is a loaded message- but I’ll stop there.

This nail salon is great! I’ve been coming here for years. They have lots of their Techs that do such a good job. Nancy and Daniel are my favorites. Prices are good too. The place is kept clean as well. I would like to send out a special thank you to Angelo at The Nail Depot on Sunrise Blvd in Sunrise Fl. Without his quick thinking, her engagement ring would be lost forever. This story really represents the BEST and, unfortunately, the WORST of what has become of our society. Here’s the story. Yesterday, Cassie and Charlotte and I went to get our nails done before they were to go to Zak and Nik’s step brother’s rehearsal dinner. When Cassie was up at the register, she heard something drop and didn’t think about it. However, she had just put her engagement ring into her purse and while she was up at the register, it fell out onto the floor. She walked over to me and went to pull her ring out of said purse and it was gone. She immediately realized the sound of something dropping was her ring…. At that point, pretty much everyone in the salon, staff, clients etc were all looking frantically for the ring. Moving nail stations, looking everywhere, but it was no where to be found. Cassie had a sinking feeling someone picked it up and went off with it. In my heart, I just couldn’t believe that could happen. Who would not immediately say something if they found what is OBVIOUSLY an engagement ring on the floor by the register???? WHO??? Well, quick thinking Angelo, pulled the security tape and was able to identify the women who picked up the ring and walked out with it!!!! He called her immediately and initially she denied it, but then he told her that if she brought if back immediately, no police would be called and no charges filed. Well she was clearly too embarrassed to bring the ring back herself. She sent her son, who was clearly mortified over what his mother had done. He apologized profusely and said “that he was always cleaning up after his mother”. He even offered to buy us a bottle of wine for the party. My heart really goes out to this young man to have such a dirtbag mom, but somehow, he seems to have turned out to be a decent kid. In any event, thank you to everyone at the Nail Depot for being so kind and helpful. There are many places that would have shrugged their shoulders and not even tried to go the extra mile. Thank you again, Angelo. Your mom raised you right, that is for sure. You guys have renewed by faith in people.

I was just turned away because I was a guy. The guy told me that there was no nail tech there that did guy manicure or pedicure. What is the difference between a guys or a women’s hands and feet ? Is this discrimination ? I believe it was there was 3 guys there doing nothing. I was told it’s the policy no one could show me where it was written. Maybe they should have more ladies working then who do both men and women.
