UPDATE: STILL THE WORST. TWO MONTHS LATER & I’ve lost every single fingernail. They’re incredibly thin & break really far down-so it hurts too much to pull it off AND they split vertically-like a paper cut splitting my nail in half. An actual professional is doing their best to help, but it’s going to require every nail to grow out entirely before they’ll look anything close to normal. How long does it take for your entire nailbed to regrow? At least 6-8 months. This place should have their license revoked. TERRIBLE. The absolute WORST service ever. The tech burned my nail with a Dremel tool, then proceeded to use a sandpaper file to remove polish & the top 5 layers of my nail beds (so they look & FEEL like bare concrete-eeewww). She finished by getting red GEL polish all over my fingers & not applying the color or top coat evenly-it looks like a 6 year old did this ‘manicure’. I also lost an entire nail bc it was slightly torn at the edge-I asked her to glue it but she also insisted on filing it down-that she’d ‘dip’ it. After she’d destroyed the rest of my nails, I asked her to fix it & she just shook her head & ignored my repeated requests to correct it. The tips of my nails are now ragged & sharp. Almost 2 hours for a simple gel polish change that was torture & so absolutely AWFUL that I’ll pay again tomorrow for someone who’s actually qualified to try & salvage what’s left of my nails.
