Horrible place , Tina lacks good customer service. composure and respect. Called me a psycho and was literally non stop screaming because I needed nails redone after an unexperienced technician was rushing her way out. All my fake nails came out 4 days later and she claims this is normal and i should have allowed time for my nails to settle lol. Even Tom told me- the tech glued the fake nail to your skin and not nail because you have short nails so the technician didnt know but Tina continued to make a big deal and said they work on commission and can’t have customers like me otherwise they would run out of business. Please consider your many other options as you will be called honey and sweetie until something goes wrong!!!You will be as good as your last dollar!
