I really thought that I had found my new nail tech, I went to Stephanie for the first time a while back for nails and toes an I loved her work, my nails stayed on for 4+ weeks straight and she did them exactly how I asked. She was really nice and seemed professional I thought…..Stephanie rescheduled my appointment to get my nails and toes soaked off 15 minutes before it was suppose to begin, mind you I already live 45 minutes away from the salon and had to turn around and go all the way back home. She asked if I could come in the next morning at 9:30 am. I said that was alright and drove all the way back down early the next morning. I waited for over an hour…..texted and called her multiple times and she never replied nor showed up, but instead blocked me on Instagram so I could never rebook with her again. You never know what other people have going on in there life’s and it’s really inconvenient when you can’t communicate.

Critical: Punctuality, Quality, ValueI went here for a few months and Stephanie did my nails. She was very sweet but was ALWAYS late or rescheduling. The nails would snap off under absolutely no pressure so by my next appointment I would be missing 4-5 nails.Services: Manicure, Pedicure

I got my nails done on Saturday by Stephanie she was 30 minutes late and it took 3 hours. Two snapped off the next day under zero pressure I text her on Monday asking her if she can get me in to fix them no response, she text me on Tuesday morning telling me to book online I tried to do so and she had no availability I text her saying she had no availability and she never responded. Will not go here again.
