I’ve been going here for about 3 years just this year alone the deluxe pedicure went from $40 to $45 and I went in today and now it’s $50. They aren’t doing anything extra to your feet, not understanding why is the fee steady going up. But I bet I will be going back to Jackson next time for $35 pedicure. The people are nice don’t get me wrong but come on . It’s overpriced

I went in with a photo of how I wanted my nails I asked upfront how much my service would be be quoted me one price but his wife made me pay more I told her he had all ready given me a price and she acknowledged it was his mistake but yet I still had to pay a different amount I won’t be back! Loved the service. Got the jelly pedicure and it was awesome; wax on the feet, hot stones and towels. The lady didn’t hurt me like most places do. Then got the Galaxy dip was very pleased and will definitely be going back

The service I requested was a gel manicure. I have gotten many manicures and they all involved water and some sort of hand massage. At this place I got a DRY (no water, no lotion, no oil) and no massage gel manicure. It’s not my preference at all. I will not be returning. Waxing, Manicure

I’m visiting the area for JSU’s homecoming and while eating breakfast at a local restaurant this nail salon was recommended. I liked the look of the waitress’ nails and decided to try them out. Arrived 35 minuets after opening hours and there were 3 ladies being serviced and 1 waiting. NO method of signing in. Clean salon but stations could be organized better. I waited approximately 30 minuets before being ask to sit to start soaking off my dip polish. I THINK the little girl running around is the daughter of the owner. I believe the technician doing my nails is also the child’s mother. The technician IS RUDE!!!! No causal conversation. Just direct & demanding tone of her directions throughout the process. At the end, NO THANK YOU. NO PROBING QUESTIONS regarding satisfaction. She and I stood at the register and finally I ask her for my total. I DO LIKE my nails but HATE THE EXPERIENCE.

The first time I went a lady did my nails and they were great… so I went today to get a fill in and one nail put on cause it came off and a guy did them. He didn’t listen at all when I told him what I wanted. He cut them to short and didn’t even try to get them in the almond shape I wanted. Just paid 35 freaking dollars for I fill in and repair and left I’m at another salon to get them fixed

I’ve been going to this salon for years but lately their service has been terrible. They used to take their time but lately they have been rushing to get threw I went in there today to get a manicure and pedicure, a man did my manicure and a lady did my pedicure but they both was acting like they were contestants for the Kentucky Derby. I got the gel polish on both my fingernails and toenails, the polish looks a HOT MESS! From this day forward, I will be taking my money to people who actually have time and patience to do my nails the correct way!
