Critical: Professionalism, QualityI got a full set with gel polish and asked for very basic length and shape. I even gave a reference photo and emphasized I wanted length. She rushed through and skipped steps, missed nails entirely through the drilling process, and got acrylic all over my finger tips which hardened and was not removed. When she was done I had a set with NO length, a completely different color than I picked and I was really frustrated with the lack of effort. My nails were different lengths and she made the thumbs a completely different length than the rest of my fingers. I called back the next day to just change the color to try to save the set… I was told on the phone with reluctance to help that I just got them yesterday and I should be fine. I told them I wasn’t fine and I didn’t like the color, so they asked when I could come in. I told them 6 when I got off, which is an hour before close, and she told me they couldn’t help me because they were slow today and they wanted to leave early. I got a full set with gel polish and asked for very basic length and shape. I even gave a reference photo and emphasized I wanted length. She rushed through and skipped steps, missed nails entirely through the drilling process, and got acrylic all over my finger tips which hardened and was not removed. Meaning I paid the same as someone who used more product. My friend had a great experience with her nail lady, while I did not. My nail lady was more rough than any nail salon i’ve been to. She filed my nails down too far and hurt me with the drill bit to where my nails are sore.
