I am very happy that I decided to give Nail Creations a try. Andy who did my gel manicure asked me several times if I was happy with what he was doing. I have been in salons in Naples that didn’t even speak to me. Thank you for having a clean and professional salon and for actually taking the time to make sure I was happy with my service!! I am very happy that I decided to give Nail Creations a try. Andy who did my gel manicure asked me several times if I was happy with what he was doing. I have been coming here since 2013. Andy is amazing his dad as well as his wife Kim is amazing at eyebrows and nails. Just as well like Tina and Lisa. Everyone has their reviews and opinion and that is okay. But don’t expect to walk in there and demand an immediate chair in season. I always make appointments and I’m seated within the 5 mins. If you don’t got an appointment they give you a time to come back which is understandable. They are very nice and work with you. Thank you Nail Creations you guys are always great to me!!!!

I am a customer of Nail Creations for 6 years now, these people are the best!! I have been all over town, the mall, many nail shops and I haven’t found anywhere better, they are my place for nails. This is a family run business and they really care about their customers. In the beginning I wasn’t pleased on one of my trips and the owner took me over and now does my nails personally. A great nail shop.

Wish I could give this salon 0 stars. I got a spa pedicure and french manicure. The salon seemed clean and the woman doing my nails was pleasant. My french manicure was sloppy and within days the polish started lifting off my nails and peeling. I have never had that happen before. My pedicure also started chipping within days. I decided to go back and complain and they did my french manicure over again, but only touched up my pedicure, even though I showed them that my callouses weren’t addressed. Again, within days, my manicure was a mess. The polish they use is obviously old. I should have know since the nail tech kept adding polish remover to the polish. Would never go back here. A total waste of money!
