Critical: QualityI have had acrylic nails on and off for the last 35 years and THIS has to have been the worst experience yet! I went in for a fill, and the gentleman did not even fill the nail down to the cutical, I asked for the nails to be rounded and EVERY SINGLE nail is crooked. The polish was all over some nails not down to the cuticles, some up over the cuticles. I went in for a fill, and the gentleman did not even fill the nail down to the cutical, I asked for the nails to be rounded and EVERY SINGLE nail is crooked. I’ve been going to this place off and on for years and thought I was getting a great deal. However now a day’s they have so many clients and not enough nail techs to keep up with the demand so they rush though and don’t do as good anymore. I Have learned something very upsetting in trying to do my own nails. Such as there is no such thing as powdered gel sets. I have payed for gel nails here and thought that was what I got. No I got cheated I really liked this place but I will not be going back ever.
