Critical: ProfessionalismMy mother an I went in for manicures. After the gentleman who did my full set (did a wonderful job) he send a lady over to fulfill my designs. The person begins to do the designs I asked for but mid way through she stopped and started butchering the design. After she explains to me it’s too difficult for her to complete, my mom asks another nail tech to continue her work and in an instant he replies “no!” Out of the three employees in the establishment only one nail tech could get any praise. Not one sign to “refuse service” nothing. Bad customer service, lack of respect to their shop and customers is what is getting them two stars. Truly a shame since I’m sure the manager is the person to put my acrylics on. But they did nothing to make it right. The girl did a basic job with my full set but as soon as I respectfully pointed out the mistake that my 2 fingers were not the same length she got an attitude and was rude from them on. Poor custom service will not be back. There are too many nail salons in Harrisburg I could happily give my money to. Manicure

TAKE YOUR MONEY & Time ANYWHERE ELSE. I really tried to give this place a chance. Everyone said they USED to be so good. They don’t do appointments on fridays or weekends. They will have you waiting for HOURS and honestly they pick & choose who waits & who gets to just walk right in. Bc even if you make appointments they still make you wait HOURS.

I only had my prior nails on for 2 weeks and they were a fresh set however half off them broke or fell off. The nail tech T fixed my nails right up gave me a full fresh set and they were beautiful, well shaped, well structured, and well designed. I also got a gel pedicure my toes were almost perfect I am just very picky about the shape of my toes. I went to Nail Creation after having a HORRIBLE experience at a different nail salon. I only had my prior nails on for 2 weeks and they were a fresh set however half off them broke or fell off. The nail tech T fixed my nails right up gave me a full fresh set and they were beautiful, well shaped, well structured, and well designed. I also got a gel pedicure my toes were almost perfect I am just very picky about the shape of my toes. I’ll never go anywhere else now.

I stopped there on my way home from work because my usual place didn’t have any appointments available. What a mistake!! There were no customers as it was the middle of the day. Two gentlemen were there that barely acknowledged me. I asked if they could do a fill and they sat me at the table. The tech was very rough and sloppy and he rushed through the entire fill. He was done in 20 minutes!!! Really?? I asked for coffin and he made my nails pointy. About 3 hours after I left the polish on 2 nails chipped …and I asked for gel polish— I know I paid for it. There were gaps from my cuticle to where he started the fill …it looked like they were done 5-6 days ago. I guess that’s the best you can do in 20 minutes. I ended up having to go to my usual salon to get them redone, so I ended up paying twice. Oh, did I mention how he cut my cuticle and made me bleed because he wasn’t paying attention to what he was doing and filed my knuckle?? That hurt. I’d steer clear of this place if I were you.

So, I stopped in to get a regular manicure with regular polish today. I found the perfect color right away! The color collection is nice. I took my 6 year old granddaughter with me so she could have her nails painted for a treat. My manicure was rushed which was obvious due to the fact that it took no longer than 15 minutes and my cuticles look a mess. I can do my own nails myself but they always look sloppy, this is why I go to a professional. She painted my granddaughters nails with regular polish as well and then charged me $25. My manicure was $12 according to the pricing board on the wall. I questioned her about the pricing. She looked flustered and handed me $5 and said sorry. I usually leave a $10 tip. She didn’t get anything. Fool me once! Lol

I like the owner he is comical, the services was rushed. I arrived when they were busy. They were closing soon but because it was my first time with my daughter they served us. She lost 2 nails within the week. .My pedicure was rushed. The water ended up being cold. I will not go back.
