Critical: Professionalism, QualityI went there today because it was the only nail place that was open around me. I was gonna get a pedicure and they charged me $40 I said okay it’s fine cause its GEL but it was rushed and when she finished, the Gel looked dull not shiny at all and when I was gonna put my shoes on the Gel started falling off and I told the girl and she “fixed” it but i ran a couple errands and when i got home and showered the nail polish/gel was chipping off completely. I went there today because it was the only nail place that was open around me. I was gonna get a pedicure and they charged me $40 I said okay it’s fine cause its GEL but it was rushed and when she finished, the Gel looked dull not shiny at all and when I was gonna put my shoes on the Gel started falling off and I told the girl and she “fixed” it but i ran a couple errands and when i got home and showered the nail polish/gel was chipping off completely. Critical: QualityDo NOT get your eyebrows waxed here. I’ve had them done twice. The first time was fine, but the second left me with horrible scabs where the wax took off skin. They were also uneven and I had to keep going back and forth with the woman trying to get them right. Do NOT get your eyebrows waxed here. I’ve had them done twice. The first time was fine, but the second left me with horrible scabs where the wax took off skin. They were also uneven and I had to keep going back and forth with the woman trying to get them right. Critical: ProfessionalismI have brought my Mom to get her nails done twice, on two different occasions. On both occasions, the staff was very rude to my Mother and turned her away immediately without ANY explanation whatsoever. Very poor customer service.
