They lost a loyal customer. I have been a loyal customer for years and I am now throwing in the towel. Typically I got good service here, I had a few instances recently where a nail or two would start lifting pretty early. When I mentioned that, during my next manicures they did something differently and they were lasting at least three weeks and I had no issues. Last Sunday my friend and I went in for a gel spa pedicure and dip manicures before vacation. My pedicure started fine and then became extremely painful as the woman kept cutting at my toenail. I had never experienced a painful pedicure before but assumed she knew what she was doing. After getting home that night my toe was still very painful, red, swollen and leaking. I took a picture and sent it to the salon and they emailed me back saying to come in and they would fix it. Not quite sure what they meant by that or how they intended to fix it. When I responded asking for clarification, they called me and told me that the staff member denied cutting my toenail and said she just cut the cuticle/built up skin and that my nail was messed up before I came in there (it was not). A few days later several of my nails started lifting so I emailed them again. They told me I could come in the following week and they would fix them. Now only 8 days after getting them done I have five nails that have popped off completely and three more that are about halfway lifted. They will not redo the additional two nails because they are not lifting at this point. I do not have confidence that these two nails are going to last much longer and do not want to have to go in again in a few days to get those fixed as well. I am extremely disappointed in not only the initial service but in how they’ve handled the situation. I have been coming in every 2 to 3 weeks for years and I have only had them fix one nail one other time and they were great about it. Their prices went up and the service went down, time to look for a new salon.

My mom and I came in for a girls day. My mom got SNS and a regular pedicure. I got a deluxe pedi, a French manicure, and my eyebrows waxed. These women were amazing! So very friendly. Mom and I both agree the best pedicures we have had in a very long time. Highly highly recommend!! Prices very reasonable. It was $172 for all of that. This will be where we go from now on.

I would rate 0 if possible. I called earlier in the week and made an appointment for a no chip mani and basic pedi. The service were repeated back to me by the person on the phone and appointment was confirmed. When I arrived for my scheduled appointment I was told, we only have time for one service. Not the 2. Ummm? I left the salon and Will not be returning.

This salon is gorgeous and people are friendly. The reason for 3 stars is my nails. I went and got a full set with gel polish yesterday and so many nails are uneven. Some are SO thick. Some look like and feel like they are going to lift in just a few days. They just don’t look that great. BUT I will still be back and try someone different next time!

Positive: Quality, ValueI truly love this place, they’re so caring and passionate and respectful. The guy who does my toes is an amazing gentleman who is talkative and very attentive. The women who have done my nails have been extremely respectful of my ideas and even when i changed my polish/idea like 4 times. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI DO NOT recommend. The lady who did my nails had no patience with what I wanted and got upset when I did not like the almond shape nails. I had them change the tips to a square shape instead and I was also very polite about it. Then she tried to up-charge me on the price just bc she felt like it. Not coming back.

Doing a walk in, is not going to benefit you. They are booked to the brim regularly! Call in make your appointment a day ahead of time. You will get special treatment for doing so. I have been going to the salon periodically since it first opened. The staff are always very kind and helpful. The salon itself is always very clean and I appreciate little things they do (letting you pick scrubs for pedicures, etc) to stand out. In addition, I really enjoy the private pedicure room! However, the last few times I have visited for a gel manicure the polish peels off within a week. This is the 3rd time now and sadly I no longer plan to utilize the salon.
