I recently visited this salon because they have told me that one of the best seamstresses works there. I had a dress that needed an alteration . She told me she could do it . I went back to get my dress and they told me that they had called me to let me know they would have not been able to fix the dress. Not only I have not received a call but they had attempted to alter the dress and then down the road have figured out that they couldn’t . At that point I was stacked with a pricey dress that I couldn’t return because they had already tried to alter it. I am aware of the great reputation that this lady has in the area but I am sharing my disappointing experience and my advice to avoid this business.

I used to love this place. So much so that I was willing to drive 30 minutes to their salon. I called in the morning and made an appointment for a fill at 4:45. When I arrived for my appointment, no one greeted me. I picked my colors and sat and waited since I could see that they were busy. 30 minutes later someone finally came to ask what they could service me with. When I said I had made an appointment for a 4:45 fill they said that the woman who does fills had to leave. How is there only 1 of 3 people that work there that does fills? I am beyond irritated that I wasted a 30 minute drive and 30 minutes of my time waiting. I will not be returning.

Brittany is awesome! I love how she does nails. She’s quick yet does a beautiful job and gives you exactly what you want as long as you communicate with her and let her know what you want. I recommend Nail Couture.
