I’ve been coming to the salon to have my nails done for 10 years. I was very lucky to have Asia as my nail technician on my first visit. She was amazing the first time and every visit after that. The customer service in this salon is non existent. The girl at the counter had to beg and plead to get someone to do the services requested. The staff argues amongst themselves, and the lady that did my brows actually complained to me about other staff members! I have been coming to this salon since they opened; it used to be a pleasant, relaxing, self pampering experience. Now I feel that I am a bother and completely stressed the entire time I’m there. I will be finding another salon that doesn’t seem like a battlefield of entitled prima donnas that don’t want to work and make you feel like you’re a burden.

The lady i had was Asia she came late when i made an appointment and walked away for a few minutes while not saying anything my nails took almost 2 hours and they came out horrible and not the shape i asked for and charged me 96 for whatever she did. it was one of the worst nail experiences i’ve ever had. Post cuticles on toes,red,inflammed. Informed desk person I was diabetic,to inform who would wait on me,clearly she didn’t understand,spoke very little english.Now have antibiotic ointment & cortizone on both feet@ nail line-called to inform business,too busy to talk to me-said they’d call back to discuss-no call. .Don’t go there unless you are sure your requests are communicated,are accurate & followed!!! 09/12/2022 Today the manager rectified the issue with the pedicure,however I will give them the benefit of the doubt without returning. I wonder what would have been done if I didn’t go in person-photos & invoice in hand. After MD appointment today,am on antibiotics 2xday to prevent infection!

I love this place♡ my best friend brought me here (i didnt have an appointment but she did) and even though it was a busy day and everyone seemed to be booked, they still took care of me (especially Karen) very nice people, chill environment. And you get to drink wine. What more do you need?lol
