The first time I went here, i loved my gel sets and the manicure/pedicure was very relaxing. But the second time I went back, he did a poor job with the gel. There was run-off on the sides and under my nails, and it didn’t even fill up to my cuticles. He said to come back in 2-3 weeks, a week and a half later and these are my nails (i had to cut one because it broke)

This place was suggested to me by my sister. I’m in town for the weekend. Staff was friendly. I asked for a soak off and a full set. They cut my nails down and popped them off. I guess that’s the norm cause I saw a nail tech do that to the lady next to me as well. Nail tech couldn’t get design he suggested right but we just decided to go wit something else. Overall I’m satisfied. Will go back if I’m in town.

My legs and feet feel like I’m gliding on a clod after the number 4 pedicure package. I brought my best friend/sister for her first time at Nail Country and we both felt so relaxed . Ok, I’m done… this business has gone way down over the years. I just got charged $10 (PLUS TIP!!!) more than what you advertise for a gel polish change. Never again with this salon. They just want money. Zero fux given. Thanks for all my years of loyalty. Ha. Nail polish changes

I really do love this nail salon.. the only reason i give It 4 stars instead of 5 is due to lack of integrity. It’s been two occasions now (both on my birthday, Dec 26) where i was told the total would be one price and after we were done they try to say a different price. I had a 10% coupon for my bday and was told It would be deducted from my total of $125. Once i reach the counter to pay, i was told It is 135 minus the 10% which is ultimately what my ORIGINAL price was supposed to be. So Im disappointed in the fact that they try to manipulate prices after one has already been set. They do great nail work though

So disappointed! Used to be my favorite salon but I went in last Wednesday, SIX nails had popped off at the cuticle by that FRIDAY. Got them redone Monday and it’s now Friday and one that was “fixed” popped again. I get nails are fragile but ive NEVER had this problem anywhere. So upset and honestly just want a refund but at this point I refuse to come back.Plus they are SNS w tip which is supposed to be less damaging, my nails have been so thinly filed down and damaged they are shredded and almost all white. This will take months to heal!

Went on my lunch break for a manicure and pedicure. As soon as they realized I was on my lunch break they had 3 people working on me so I wouldn’t be late to work. They did an awesome job. Will definitely go back!! Gel manicures

I had a pedicure the week before Christmas and it was great EXCEPT for the fact my toenails wouldn’t dry. I sat at my pedicure chair for at least 15 minutes waiting for the dryer, then sat at least 15 more with my feet under the dryer and the big toenails on each foot were still so wet I had to walk to my car in their plastic slippers. I drove home 20 miles with the car heater blowing on my feet and still not dry when I arrived home, but I had to put my socks and shoes on to walk inside since I am handicapped I could not walk and climb the stairs with those loose slippers. Of course the socks ruined the big toe polish on each foot (and the sock has polish also) … the polish was put on too thick. I came in and called the salon and told them what happened and that I would return for them to redo my polish. They said ok. WELL, I went in on Dec. 27th and decided to get dip powder for my fingers as well as the polish change. Being they suggested I do GEL instead of regular polish I figured it would be $3 for the polish change on my feet. My bill was $80, $25 of it being for the polish change. I was flabbergasted. I said to the guy who did the polish change again (I had mentioned it when I first got there) that it was supposed to be free due to the bad job when I had the pedicure. The owner/manager stepped over and clearly stated that my polish change would be $25. Well, I paid the full amount, but not happily, and I will NEVER go to that establishment again. That was a huge rip-off.
