Critical: QualityI really wanted to like this place. I started w a pedi which was good. But when it came to my manicure, the aesthetician cut my cuticles a bit rushed and when I pointed out that three of my fingers were bleeding she said “next time don’t cut cuticles”. I wanted a simple gold french manicure and she put so many layers of gold on the tips that my nails wouldn’t dry. To top it off, in the middle of my manicure, another customer came in for a wax service so she stopped my manicure to take the other customer and I waited 10 minutes.
