Please do not go here to get your nails done. If your not part of their click they don’t really pay attention to your need. I took my two sister and myself to get acrylics and they messed them up so bad. And on top of the bad service what they talk about while doing your nails is unprofessional. I was baffled when they were talking about foreplay in front of my two little sisters. Not including kicking us out of the dryer before our nails were done. I will NOT be coming back exactly with my children!

Absolutely horrible service made an appointment came in on time wasn’t asked if we had an appointment they just looked at us they then finally said we could go pick a color still without asking any questions we had three different women getting different things done. We looked at colors and sat down now 35 minutes past our appointment with the two lady’s doing nails talking about oh well they came in late and just talking trash about us while we’re five feet away. They finally take my grandmother back for her pedicure making her sit back down and wait for the bowl to be filled normal ok so we’re still waiting the lady I made an appointment with finished the nails she started at our appointment time and takes a different lady who had an appointment after us then sit us with a guy I didn’t schedule with so we decided to just leave the place is very unprofessional and rude will never comes here again

The person was very sweet, but I noticed that the other lady that worked on my friend’s feet was very throuly and did a good job. The lady that I had forgot things to do, I had to ask for the hot towel, massage on the leg. And the application of the nail polish was not well done. It looks very lumpy, uneven. Pedicure

I’ve been coming here for a few years now and the last 3 or 4 months I’ve been dissatisfied but continued to return because of the convenience. I went this morning for a fill in and pedi. They started with my fill in and when it was time to put the polish on another customer came in sat next to me and kept trying to get my lady to hurry so she could paint her nails and complained the whole time, way to ruin my relaxation then another customer came in and told the lady to fix her nail it had a bubble in it and sat on the other side of me so she stopped doing my nails and for the next 20 min I sat there waiting while she fixed the other girls nails. I adore she was willing to fix someone nails that wasn’t happy but I’m a customer as well, a customer who had been there way before these two ladies and was almost done and then had to wait even longer. When she was just about done with my nails she yelled out I needed a pedi 3x no one responded at this point my irritation level was maxed out and I told her not to worry about it that I would go somewhere else I paid and left and went down the road to receive exceptional service. I think after today I will no longer continue to do my business at the nail connection and will start going to Nile’s Nails
