I will never go back to this salon. Literally within three days my nail paint started to chip away. Then the next day my nail broke and all i did was lightly hit it on my bedroom door while opening it. 35 bucks for a full set. Critical: Professionalism, QualityLeft unsatisfied and they knew! Gel polish all over my cuticles (Very Messy Work) and still had to pay $70. Said it was $40 at first and ended up being $70 for a simple one color gel set, no design. They seemed irritated every time I would try to correct their sloppy work. Wanted to treat myself to a manicure and pedicure, so I called to check availability for an appointment. She was very courteous on the phone and gave me options. When I had my appointment, she was on time and took great care of me. The pedicure was very relaxing and the massage on the feet and legs was the best I’ve ever had. I received the no-chip manicure and again, she did a great job. Full coverage on my nails and not sloppy at all. Overall, I’m very pleased and will go back again.

Wow is all I can say! You really shouldn’t yell at customers. We had an appointment at 130 pm and got there on time. We made it for 3 people and asked if they could accommodate that and they said they could. Then sat for about 45 mins before they even acknowledged we were there, and then took another lady and was going to take 2 of us. We asked if we could wait until the 3 of us could go. Then the lady looked at us in shock and like it was an inconvenience for us to do that and yelled well why can’t you help us out , we are behind. Then proceeded to tell us that if we didn’t want to do it their way we could go somewhere else. These are the rudest people. I couldn’t believe they would talk to customers like they did and then blamed us even though they were running 45 mins behind. This was my first time but the other 2 i was with are regular customers. I will NOT be back. When you treat anyone like they did it’s a shame, but when you treat a regular customer like that that’s just stupid.

They were so nice and made extra time for us at the end of the day. They didn’t rush us or do a poor job because of time which is hard to find3 pedis and 2 manis 🙂
