I’m a nurse so my legs are Always tired and my hands as well and in need of a lot of pampering!! Nail Concept and each of the nail specialists that have taken care of me over the last more than 20 years have Always been extremely professional and very kind!! I Always leave feeling so much better than when. I arrived!!! Thanks for Always going that extra mile Nail Concept! Your commitment to excellent customer service does NOT go unnoticed!! That’s why I’m still a very loyal customer after all of these years!! ( The other really Great thing is many of the same people I see each time I visit!! I don’t get in quite as often as I would like too as I’m the very busy mom of triplets but I certainly go every chance I get and will be coming on Tuesday of next week if all goes as I’m planning!! I’m a nurse so my legs are Always tired and my hands as well and in need of a lot of pampering!! I’ve been going to Nail Concept for over 10 years. I always came back because they did a fantastic job and the service was great. However, my past 4 experiences here have been terrible. My nails always look great but the customer service is terrible. I’ve been sitting having my nails done only to have my manicurist get up and leave me sitting with half done SNS for 20 minutes while they serviced another customer. They got up mid manicure to do someone else’s nails. I thought it was a one time thing and it’s happened the past 4 times even when I had an appointment. I will not be returning.

Go somewhere else. All of their polish is old, cracked, or dried out. The massage chair for the spa pedicure that I was in was broken ( although he lady insisted it wasn’t)…it didn’t work! The ” hot towels” they put around your legs are cold because they actually don’t warm the towels up in the towel warmer. It is used for storage. Not worth the money.
