Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, PunctualityYou know, it’s really unfortunate, Irene is good at what she does but she has not been very friendly to me each time that I have come and charges a lot for every little thing. I have always been polite with her and when I ask for something to be done a certain way, I ask politely. I always give a tip. Yet, she always seems to be annoyed and like she doesn’t really want to interact with me. She barley talks and when she does it seems like there is some tension or attitude towards me. After experiencing this treatment twice, I STILL tried to give her the benefit of the doubt, I thought maybe she is just stressed from work but now,I’m done coming here! Hopefully this is not a race thing because it seems like a lot of these nails salons treat black people not so kindly. And that seems to be the case in this situation because I have NEVER given her a reason to treat me coldly and like I’m a bother. She couldn’t even be bothered to ask me if I wanted a drink. And she is ALWAYS 30 min late when I set an appointment. So I’m done spending my money here or any nail salon. It’s a shame that you would treat people unkind based off of their skin tone! I’ll learn how to do my own nails and do them myself from now on. Love is always better than Hate! You know, it’s really unfortunate, Irene is good at what she does but she has not been very friendly to me each time that I have come and charges a lot for every little thing. I have always been polite with her and when I ask for something to be done a certain way, I ask politely. I always give a tip. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI have been to this salon on multiple occasions, mostly satisfied each visit but this particular time I got a woman I had never seen in the shop before. She said to me confidently she could complete the fairly easy picture reference I showed her (long tapered square shellac pink acrylic nails).. This woman was rude and unnecessarily rough. Once she got “done” shaping my nails I was left with what was most definitely not straight, even nor square, I let her know and she reluctantly attempted to fix the shape I had decided to ask her if she could just make it into more of a coffin shape. She began to treat me as if I’m stupid whileMocking me. But I’m reality she was unprofessional and not a very well trained nail artist. If I could give 0 stars I would. I ended up paying $60 for the set, shellac, length & what is a questionable coffin shape. I have been to this salon on multiple occasions, mostly satisfied each visit but this particular time I got a woman I had never seen in the shop before.
