Honestly, I have no idea how anybody can write a bad review on these lovely people, the lady I talked to at first was extremely funny and nice, I went to get my eyebrows done and they looked very nice at the end, my friend also got a pedicure and she enjoyed it as well, the lady who did my eyebrows was very funny and delightful, the clients are also extremely nice and overall the people that wrote bad reviews here being racist and saying rude things about them make me upset, it’s a very sweet business and I love the people and the environment there. Also, when I was waiting for my friend to finish, I noticed quite a few people come in and they were very rude to the workers? The workers were trying their best and I find it sad that people come in demanding things from them then get upset when they have to wait or when the workers dislike them? Overall I love the people and I hate to see other people in society end up like this, these people are some of the nicest people I’ve met.

I asked for lash Extensions, spoke with the lady before hand and told her my eyes could not tolerate the glued lash to my skin, she said “no no I do fan for you”. Needless to say $65 dollars and I had to remove them myself cause they were all glued to my skin!! This is what I get for being cheap! Never again! Lash extensions are connected to the lash not the eyelid!!

The nail care here was terrible. A group of us went in for pedis/manish, and they did a terrible job. Nails were cut uneven, the nail tech cut my friends fingers multiple times. I had an uneven cut, polish job was terrible, and they did not give the full treatment. I would not reccomend this place.

NOT EVEN A STAR BUT OK I GUESS. I was in here getting my nails filled in & some fixed, the guy wasn’t paying attention to what he was doing and also was in a hurry! He also kept saying he could do my nails with his eyes closed and that he does 3 peoples nails while everyone did one, well yes because he was in such a hurry! When my nails were drying he went shook my hand and left then i noticed my nail was smeared so he repainted it. After all that I left 30 min later omw home I noticed more nails smeared by this point I couldn’t go back because I live 2 hrs away n was 30 min away already so i called and the lady said “it happens with regular polish” that they “weren’t done drying”. The lady told me to go in but she didn’t understand the fact that I do not live there and wouldn’t turn back around just to get my nails re-painted. I was completely frustrated by this point. I called the lady back and asked for a refund because obviously I was going to have to go get them repainted elsewhere because it was about 4 nails that had to be fixed. The lady proceeded to tell me again no they wouldn’t refund my money because “it happens with regular nail polish” and that “I could just go back to get then repainted” (yes after i explained to her AGAIN i didn’t live in Amarillo). The next day a nail that he had just fixed broke and I had to go get it fixed and others repainted at a local nail salon and the person there told me the fill was poorly done. I paid $30 here and had to Pay $15 to get them repainted and one fixed. NEVER going here again and DO NOT recommend this place at all take ur money elsewhere.

First time here. Always wondered how it would be. The staff was great very nice and pleasing. Cici did my nails and was very gentle and paid close attention to detail. Felt comfortable here unlike other nail salons. Also works with my schedule since they are open late. Going back to check out their pedicures.
