I have never been so disappointed and in so much pain from my nails being done. I am a licensed cosmetologist and I cannot believe some of the techniques used. She drilled my nails way to far down to the point where the littlest thing like washing my hand was hurting it then she left a hole in one of my nails and when I asked if she could fix it said she could fill it in with clear coat that did nothing….they cut me in multiple places and after 2 days I had to get them removed at a different salon. I cannot believe the experience I had.

I went in with a friend, a walk in. I asked for simple teal nails with three small simple flowers on my ring fingers. I gave a ref pic. Jimmy did wonderful all up to the design. He gave me a single flower with white lines and glitter lines around it. Yes it’s pretty but it’s not what I asked for at all.

I am so dissatisfied with this service, I have hangnails on 6 out of 10 of my fingers, I just got my nails done less than a week ago and it already looks as if they need to be filled and my feet hurt so bad. These sores (holes) were not there when I visited, but they were there when I left. And I waited a hour and a half to be serviced.

Tracy did powder dip nails on me and wow..best ever. She was meticulous and efficient. I highly recommend her and this salon. Tina gave me a pedicure and she rocks too!! Yes I had to wait but well worth it!!!

I reluctantly went to get a pedicure that I so badly needed even though we’re in a pandemic. They greeted me at the door with sanitizer and a temperature check. They have plastic see through barriers at every station, even the pedicure chairs. Everything was very clean and social distancing was easy. VERY POOR QUALITY OF WORK on my nail fill, I was laughed at for wanting my nails buffed and not the regular clear coat (it turns my nails yellow)! He quickly buffed but left rough spots and they started snagging on things the day after. When my nails were finished the guy left to the back…not a word…no “do you like them” and he never asked if I wanted rounded or squared…NEVER ASKED A THING! I got my eyebrows done too since it wasn’t busy…it was a young girl who was very nice…but now I have crooked eyebrows! Now I know why they weren’t busy! DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME AND $ at this place!
