I had a great time here! Walked in to immediately get pedicures for me and my mom. It’s been almost two weeks and I haven’t chipped my nails at all. I’m extremely hard on my nails. Their professional truly knew what they were doing and knew their products. Recommended me to a similar color that had the result I wanted and love for my skin tone. Will definitely go back when I’m in Dayton.

I came in and was told to wait 20 to 30 minutes I waited 20 to 30 minutes and they told me it be just a minute I waited another 10 minutes and asked about how long do you think the survey and the lady said give me another 20 to 30 minutes so I left because she literally just wasted half my time . While I have kids to pick up from school instead of just let me know in the first place it’ll be over an hour before she can get to me. Wow she was taking people in front of me to give them manicures and pedicures when she couldn’t get my five minute eyebrow waxing. This business is very disorganized and uncaring of their clients time I would not refer anyone to go here!

My granddaughter needed a fill-in for her nails and wanted to get it done before going back to school on Monday. We walked in the door and was rudely told “I don’t have time.” They said nothing about making an appointment or anything. That was the first time I visited Nail Club and will be the last. 03/22/2021- I got a reply from the Nail Club owner. They are offering to make up for what happened by giving a 30% off. That does say a lot about the owner. I will get with my granddaughter and give this another try. Thank you for caring Nail Club.
